Process Supervisor (Raw Syrup), Cavite

• Lead and supervise a team of raw syrup processing operators. 
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet production goals and quality standards.    
• Foster a positive and safety-focused work environment.
• Implement and oversee efficient raw syrup processing procedures.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline overall production workflows.
• Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure raw syrup meets specified standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any product quality issues.     
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resources.
• Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure raw syrup production aligns with overall production goals.
• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of raw syrup processing equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform routine equipment inspections and repairs.
• Enforce and promote safety protocols and procedures in the raw syrup processing unit.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines      
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.     
• Generate regular reports on production metrics, efficiency, and quality.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.    

Proven experience of at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a distillery or sugar manufacturing company, with specific experience in syrup production preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.    

In-depth knowledge of raw syrup processing procedures, equipment, and quality standards.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with safety

regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.

Effective communication and

interpersonal skills.
