About the role

JND GENERAL HOLDINGS INC.' is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in Imus City, Cavite. This full-time position will provide vital administrative and executive support to our senior leadership, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the daily calendar and schedule appointments for our senior executives
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
3. Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
4. Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and data entry
5. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
6. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years work experience in an office setting
• Demonstrated experience preparing minutes/resolutions
• Experience in managing confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace to maintain board portals or equivalent and project trackers
• Excellent written and verbal communication; crisp, neutral, and precise.
• Anticipation and prioritization; strong judgment on what to escalate vs. resolve.
• Stakeholder management with tact across family members, independents, and executives.
• Calm under pressure; handles ambiguity; solves problems end-to-end.
• Exposure to holdings or family-owned enterprises.
• Strong financial fluency (reading management packs, budgets, KPIs)
