Geodetic Engineer (SURVEYOR), Cavite

Geodetic or Land Surveyors measure, map, assess, and collect information about specific parcels of land. They interpret survey data to support land development, construction projects, and infrastructure repair. The role involves working on sites scheduled for development or on existing areas where infrastructure improvements or repairs are required.

• Conduct land, topographic, hydrographic, and measured building surveys using specialized equipment and technology such as robotic survey instruments and 3D scanners.
• Analyze survey data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
• Prepare survey drawings and technical documentation.
• Present survey data and findings to clients and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide technical advice regarding land conditions and the feasibility of construction plans.

The role requires a combination of office-based work and fieldwork. The position also requires travel to project sites, and depending on project requirements, may involve working extended hours or shifts.

• Direct hire position
• Six (6) working days per week (Monday to Saturday)
• Work schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Bachelors Degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field
• With or without experience in surveying (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Experience in real estate development or construction projects is an advantage
