WERE HIRING: Assistant Production Supervisor


Location: Daiichi Industrial Park, Maguyam Rd., Silang, Cavite

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production operations and ensure targets are met
  • Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with teams to optimize workflow and resolve production issues
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or production, with supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and safety standards
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiar with ERP or production management systems
