Job Title: Assistant Production Supervisor
Location: Daiichi Industrial Park, Maguyam Rd., Silang, Cavite
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will support production operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet targets and deadlines
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
- Utilize ERP or production management systems to track and report production metrics
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production industry
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with ERP or production management systems
