Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers by providing accurate product and service information
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • Process account updates, service requests, and related transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and performance standards


Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Willing to work on-site
  • High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
