Ultrasound Technologist - Licensed - 2 Yrs Experience - …, Cavite

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Certification by ARDMS or equivalent
• State licensure if required
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with various ultrasound modalities (e.g., OB/GYN, vascular, cardiac)
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Commitment to patient care and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process
• Ensure image quality and proper documentation
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret ultrasound results
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound machines
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
• Assist in training new technologists or students
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs
• Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients
