Technical Coordination: Review project designs, specifications, and drawings to provide technical input and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Budget & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, manage procurement of materials and equipment, and monitor budget expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
Site Management & Supervision: Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality control tests to verify work progress and quality.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including reports, submittals, and change orders.
Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical or on-site issues to maintain workflow.
