Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience as general manager.
• knowledgeable in Mathematics, Strategies is a plus.
• Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Amendable to attend face to face interview.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, warehousing, and inventory management to reduce downtime.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure company profitability.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
• Over-all control in Management
• Over-all control with Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Supervisors and workers
