Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience in quantity surveying of mechanical, plumbing and fire protection system (MPF).
- Knowledgeable in secondary electrical and controls of the MPF equipment.
- Knowledgeable in preparing technical and commercial bid for prospected projects.
- Knowledgeable in bidding process of private company.
- Knowledgeable in estimation software like PDF, AUTOCADD and Planswift.
- Experienced in installation of MPF at project site and fabrication at plant.
- Knowledgeable in preparing cost parameters.
- Knowledgeable in sourcing materials needed for the quotation.
- Knowledgeable in communicating with clients.

- Signed Certificate ofInspection
- Signed Matrix of Responsibilities /Scope of works
- Master Construction Schedule (Gantt ChartFormat with S Curve)
- Manpower Schedule (aligned with Master Construction Schedule)
- List of Nameforthe Key Personnel/team to be assigned with project
- Methodology ofInstallation and Testing
- List of Equipment to be used (from mobilization, lifting,installation & demobilization)
