About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Compliance Officer / Pharmacist to support plant operations by managing permits, licenses, required reports, and documentation with various government and certifying bodies.

This role also provides hands-on support to Quality Assurance and manufacturing activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative coordination and on-site plant involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor permits, licenses, renewals, and required reports for business and plant operations.
• Coordinate and liaise with health, environmental, safety, customs, and certification authorities such as Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Laguna Lake Development Authority, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Philippine National Police, Department of Labor and Employment, Department of Health (Philippines), Bureau of Fire Protection, and other applicable oversight bodies.
• Personally handle document submissions, follow-ups, and in-person transactions at government offices when required.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all documents are complete and inspection-ready.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely renewals.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Operations, and the designated Pollution Control & Safety Officer for environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Provide support to Quality Assurance operations, including manufacturing dispensing, documentation review, and other QA tasks as assigned.
• Assist during inspections and audits.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering - license is not required, (or any engineering / science / health-related degree with relevant experience).
• Experience in compliance documentation, quality systems, or manufacturing support is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and process documents at government offices.
• Strong documentation, organization, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly trainable
• Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills
• Willing to work on-site in Silang, Cavite
