Engineering and Maintenance Manager, Cavite

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Engineering courses, or related field.
• Licensed Registered Engineer
• Preferably BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with degree holder or with Masters Degree (Engineering Management)
• 10 years experience in food and beverage manufacturing set-up, 5 years of which in management role in the engineering services in the food and beverage company

DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinates with other support functions in the plant to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to develop, execute and meet operational strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure that Engineering and Maintenance Department is manage well and performing in accordance with all machine in service is in good running conditions.
• Responsible in planning, organizing, controlling and managing all aspects of the Engineering and Maintenance Department repairs and improvement projects, maintain and equip a well-trained organizational structure to carry out the programs
