Handle inbound/outbound calls to qualify and convert digital leads into appointments or sales

Follow up on leads from social media, ads, website inquiries, and CRM assignments

Conduct needs analysis, present solutions, and close deals through phone-based selling

Execute lead nurturing via call sequences, scripts, and follow-up schedules (call/SMS/email)

Update CRM with accurate call notes, lead status, next steps, and pipeline progress

Manage customer database records, ensuring data completeness and lead history tracking

Coordinate with Digital Marketing & SNS teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes

Track telesales KPIs (call volume, contact rate, conversion rate, show-up rate, sales, revenue)

Handle objections professionally and maintain strong customer experience and brand tone

Support retention and upselling through post-sale follow-ups and customer reactivation calls
