BRANCH ASSIGNMENT: Silang Cavite

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School graduate
• With work experience in delivery activity is an advantage
• Willing to work in shifting schedule, extended hours including holidays
• No visible tattoo
• With free medical, overtime

DELIVERY ACTIVITIES

• Prepare all items for delivery and maintain warehouse location during loading on a daily basis
• In-charge of the proper dispatching/releasing of items from dispatching area
• Check the condition and completeness of the items for delivery
• Report backload items every end of delivery to store store supervisor
• Report to store supervisor for delivery- related concerns

CLERICAL ACTIVITIES

• Assist to create delivery receipt to SAP/POS system inventory issue, inventory transfer in/out and return to vendor in SAP
• Generates delivery report ( delivery receipt, register, unpicked report, Pending DP report) and other dispatching reports (backload report RTV register, inventory transfer and others as the need arise
• Implement and maintain warehouse location and orderliness of the dispatching area for picked items and for pull-out
• Handles maintenance of delivery truck
• Other activities related of the role will be delegated as needed time to time
