OSP Design Engineer, Cavite

Description

Design aerial and underground fiber optic networks (FTTH, FTTx, backbone, and distribution).
Prepare detailed construction drawings, route maps, splicing diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM).
Conduct field surveys and feasibility assessments.
Perform make-ready engineering (MRE) and pole loading analysis.
Coordinate with utility companies, municipalities, and permitting agencies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as OSHA, NESC, and local/state regulations.
Review and interpret civil, utility, and right-of-way drawings.
Use GIS and CAD tools to produce accurate design documentation.
Support project management with cost estimation and material forecasting.
Review as-built documentation and ensure accurate record updates.
Troubleshoot design-related issues during construction.
