• OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES BUT W/ RME
• Knowledge of diesel engine operation and maintenance
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to explain problem simply and clearly

Job Description:

• To lead disassembling, repairing, and reassembling generator components.
• Assign to lead monitoring spare parts ordering replacements with correct part number as needed.
• To lead diagnosing mechanical faults on generators, including engine issues, cooling system malfunctions, and component failures.
• To lead to do work completely with zero lost time
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols, proper cleaning before and after work to prevent accident
• Lead to perform quality control tests to ensure products are safe after overhauling or repair
• Support and communicate with others
