Production Supervisor, Cavite

Description

Over-all in-charge in monitoring of production area.
Plans, coordinates activities relative to the preparation of schedules and materials needed in production.
Monitor the production output versus the standard capacity per each item to make production plan.
Allocate manpower resources, raw materials and assigned equipment to cover delivery schedule.
Assign line workers in their tasks, monitor operations and meet production schedules and quantity.
Plans daily output per item in relation to shipment schedule.
Check status of machines and equipment.
Implements a high level of discipline among subordinates.
Monitors and evaluates worker's productivity performance.
Ensures proper adherence of standard procedure and good housekeeping.
Attends to all manpower/process related problems.
Perform other duties in accordance with the company regulations and ISO standards.
