QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience (years/months): 

• Atleast 2-3 years experience in HR, Admin, or related role

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and adaptable

Recruitment Support

• Assist in job posting and sourcing of applicants.
• Screen resumes and schedule interview.
• Coordinate with applicants and hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant database.

Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintain and update employee 201 files.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping.

Timekeeping and Attendance

• Assist in monitoring attendance and DTR.
• Help process leave applications and overtime records.
• Coordinate with payroll regarding attendance issues.

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Prepare onboarding materials and requirements.
• Process clearance and exit documents for resigning employees

HR Administration

• Assist in HR-related inquiries from employees.
• Prepare HR reports as needed
• Assist in company events and employee activities
• Coordinate meetings and HR-related schedules.
• Support HR policies and compliance.
• General Administrative Support
• Handle emails and HR correspondence.
• Assist in procurement of office supplies when needed.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
