HR Manager/Supervisor, Cavite

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Employee Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
• Mediate conflicts and promote a healthy work environment.

Performance Management

• Implement appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
• Develop strategies to improve employee productivity and engagement.

Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
• Support career development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with compensation policies.
• Benchmark salaries to ensure competitiveness.

Compliance & Policy Development

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Draft and update HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
