JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top-tier talent to support Toyota Bacoors growth. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and professional recruitment experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Conduct initial resume screening and pre-employment assessments.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate suitability based on job requirements and company culture
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 13 years of experience in volume recruitment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Flexible, Organized, and Detailed
• With good oral and written communication skills
• Good attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Works effectively and efficiently even under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and organizational needs
