Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Assistance: Posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Assisting with new hire paperwork, contracts, and staff orientation.
  • Data Management: Processing payroll information, monitoring attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Communication: Addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
