Job description:

HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and effective people operations.

Recruitment and Hiring:

• Managing the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.

Employee Relations:

• Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Onboarding and Training:

• Conducting employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Compliance and Legal:

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Staying informed about changes in employment laws.

HR Operations:

• Managing HR processes, such as payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping.
• Assisting with performance management and employee evaluations.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
