Job Summary

The Coordinator is responsible for organizing, supporting, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure projects, programs, or departments run efficiently. This role involves communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between teams, clients, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and workflows
  • Serve as a point of contact between departments, staff, and external partners
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on tasks and deadlines
  • Assist in planning meetings, events, or programs
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and status updates
  • Support supervisors or managers with administrative and operational tasks
  • Identify issues and recommend process improvements


Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, coordination, or support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
