Sales Officer / Engineer, Cavite

Qualification

• Graduate of 4-year Engineering course or its equivalent work experience.
• At Least 2-3 years experience in the field of Sales.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and other computer programs.
• Knowledgeable in cost estimates, preparing quotations, and interpreting construction plans.
• With experience in Power Plant and Refinery Industry.
• Willing to be assigned at Carmona, Cavite

Description:

• Coordinates with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Ensures the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Responds to complaints from customers and gives after-sales support when requested.
• Stores and sorts financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Handles the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Informs clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitors the teams progress, identifies shortcomings and proposes improvements.
•  Assists in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
•  Performs other tasks as may be directed by the immediate supervisor.
