Education & Professional Credentials

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related field.
• BOSH certification preferred (not mandatory).
• Exposure to ISO 9000:1994 awareness training in industrial/medical gas refilling operations.
• Deep knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations, especially in a high-volume environment such as FMCG.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations with large-scale teams.
• Proven track record of leadership in fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environments.
• Prior experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and performance reporting.

Leadership & Team Management

• Ability to lead, manage, and develop a large team across multiple shifts or departments.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and talent-development skills.
• Experience driving team performance toward operational and safety goals.

Technical & Operational Expertise

• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Familiarity with the latest safety laws and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, Lean).
• Ability to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional coordination and reporting.
