The Handyman is responsible for performing basic repair, maintenance, and minor installation works at Masaito Trece Martires, Cavite. This role supports daily operations by ensuring that facilities, fixtures, and equipment are well-maintained, functional, and safe for use.

• Perform basic repair and maintenance works such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
• Inspect facilities, fixtures, and equipment to identify repair needs
• Conduct minor installation and replacement of parts, fixtures, and fittings
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure proper use, handling, and safekeeping of tools and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas after repairs
• Report major repair issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors and site personnel regarding repair schedules
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned

• At least high school graduate or equivalent
• With experience as a handyman or maintenance worker
• Knowledgeable in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Able to use common hand tools and basic power tools
• Physically fit and capable of manual and technical work
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
• Preferably residing in or near Trece Martires, Cavite
