Description
  1. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and internal employee benefit schemes.
  2. Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job offers, and pre-employment requirements.
  3. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of documentation and orientation activities.
  4. Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring training and development initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
  5. Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related concerns such as leaves, benefits, company policies, and employment conditions, and assist in resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Promote HR programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement, discipline, and a productive, conflict-free workplace.
  7. Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  8. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and documentation of employee performance records.
  9. Gather, maintain, and analyze HR data and metrics such as time-to-hire, attrition rates, and headcount reports to support management decision-making.
  10. Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee 201 files, ensuring proper filing of employment contracts, evaluations, disciplinary records, benefits documents, and statutory requirements in both electronic and physical formats.
  11. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government reportorial requirements, and internal audit standards.
  12. Perform other HR and administrative tasks as may be assigned in support of business operations.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or other allied courses.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience as an HR Generalist or in a
  • similar HR role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in 201 file management, including documentation control,
  • record accuracy, and compliance with data privacy requirements.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications; familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g.,
  • PeopleSoft or similar platforms) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in packaging, trading, or import-export companies is an advantage
