Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the sales team, addressing client inquiries and tailoring solutions
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, ensuring clear communication of product specifications and capabilities
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly
  • Work on client-specific customizations and integrations, adapting our software solutions to meet unique client requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, quality assurance, or software development
  • Familiarity with IoT devices, SaaS platforms, and basic troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional Asian languages are a plus)
  • Extensive experience with Java EE, Spring Framework (Boot), and related technologies: Demonstrated
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular 2+, React, VueJS, and JavaScript: Demonstrated
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP: Demonstrated
  • Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB: Demonstrated
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies: Demonstrated
