  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Secure appointments and activities with prospective clients and forwarding to Sales Executive Team
  • Record customer details including reaction to the service being offered
  • Maintain and update potential customer database
  • Assist in augmenting marketing strategies and tactical plans in line with the Sales Dept. directives to timely achieve sales targets
  • Obey and uphold Company policies and procedures, specifically as it as it relates to your department and job function
  • Other tasks related to your job that may be asked by your immediate Supervisor.

Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 02 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
