We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Cold Chef to join our fine dining establishment in Tagaytay, Cavite. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality cold dishes and salads, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail in presentation.

Role: Kitchen Cold Chef for Fine Dining

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes, appetizers, and salads with artistic flair.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus that delight our guests.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff on cold preparation techniques.
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes and improvements.

What Were Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a cold chef or similar role in a fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail in dish presentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
