Description
Shall be responsible in operating and maintaining CMM (Coordinate measuring machine) as a professional in manufacturing set-up.
- Has knowledge in interpreting engineering blueprints, technical drawings and CAD models to understand specifications & tolerance requirements.
- Has knowledge in programming the CMM to measure parts using specialized software.
- Can analyze measurement data to identify deviations & generating inspection reports.
- Collaborate with quality supervisors, NPD, Production teams and machinist to troubleshoot quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- at least senior high school graduate or above are welcome to apply
- proficient in coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
- has strong attention to details, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
