Description
  • Responsible for building and maintaining long term relationship with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and ensure successful completion of tasks within committed timeframes.
  • Liaise with relevant departments through effective email communication.
  • Handle client concerns promptly and efficiently and facilitate necessary escalation arrangements when required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Client Engagement/Customer Service or call center environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical clients.


Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service aptitude, scheduling abilities, proficient problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and exceptional organizational skills.


Responsibilities and Duties: Provide back-office support, address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate as a team player.
