Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, Cavite

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring they are properly trained and adhere to all safety and operational standards.
• Schedule and allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and accountability

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the organization and storage of goods within the warehouse, ensuring optimal use of space and resources.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory records.
• Manage stock levels, coordinate restocking, and address any discrepancies in inventory.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Work with transportation providers to schedule and track deliveries and shipments.
• Ensure all goods are properly labeled, packaged, and documented prior to shipping.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring the team follows all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety audits and report any hazards or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure that warehouse operations are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with management to develop and refine best practices for warehouse operations.
• Ensure continuous improvement in operational workflows, aiming for faster and more accurate service.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipment logs, and other key documentation.

Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, or customer concerns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any logistical or operational challenges.
