Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities.
Support front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests.
Maintain proper inventory of supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs.
Participate in resort activities and help organize guest events or entertainment programs.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or college level (Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related courses preferred).
With or without experience; experience in a hotel or resort is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented.
Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
Team player and can work under minimal supervision.
