Project In-Charge, Cavite

Supervise and inspect ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Monitor daily accomplishments and report site progress to management.

Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material estimates.

Identify labor, materials, and time requirements for assigned tasks.

Assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.

Qualifications

Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (Non-licensed but highly experienced candidates are welcome).

At least 1 year of relevant experience in house construction.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Willing to be assigned to various project sites as needed.
