Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quantity and quality match delivery receipts or purchase orders
• Record discrepancies and report damaged or missing items to supervisors
• Tag, label, and organize items in storage areas or shelves
• Assist in inventory audits and stocktaking activities
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in work areas
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery personnel for smooth operations
• Support packing and dispatching of items when needed

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; some roles prefer 2-year course completion
• Experience in inventory or warehouse work is an advantage (1 year preferred)
• Physically fit and able to lift or move items
• Willing to work extended hours or shifting schedules
• Detail-oriented and able to follow special instructions
• Basic knowledge of item handling and packaging

• Basic computer literacy (for encoding/checking systems)
