Description
  • Attends/assists client/s.
  • Performs photocopying of documents based on client/s requirement.
  • Laminates documents by the client/s.
  • Receives and files previous day receipts per folder/company and arranged by month.
  • In-charge of monitoring availability and stock of water for office consumption.
  • Responsible for contacting/informing the photocopying machine provider in case of machine malfunctioning and supply of toner.
  • Provides assistance to applicants applying for Drivers license for the creation of portal and processing of Comprehensive Driver Examination (CDE).
  • Consults concerned Department/immediate superior of any issue/problem encountered.
  • Follow all existing company policies, rules and regulations.
  • Perform basic 5S.
  • Follow Safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform other similar/related tasks, duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior (as deemed necessary).
