SMT Engineer Japanese PCB Company, Cavite

Develops, optimizes, and maintains automated assembly processes to mount electronic components onto printed circuit boards.

Key duties include programming pick-and-place machines/reflow ovens, troubleshooting soldering defects, maintaining production equipment, and ensuring high-quality output.

Graduate of BS ECE, BS EE, and BS ME.

At least 2 years of experience in System Mounted Technology (SMT) and PCB Assembly.

Well-versed in all or any of the following is an advantage:

Problem-solving techniques

Controlling Production Operations

Knowledgeable on facilities equipment

Specializing in monitoring, testing, and inspecting products to ensure specified standards

Knowledgeable in Integrated Management System (IMS)

Knowledgeable in QC Tools, FMEA, 5 Why analysis, and similar are highly desirable.

Knowledgeable on electromechanical pneumatics and electronic circuits

Can start IMMEDIATELY and willing to work in the CAVITE AREA.

Benefits:
