Requirements
  • Candidates should have experience in surveying and designing SOP within the telecommunications industry (preference will be given to those with Globe FTTx experience)
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in telecom
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with FTTx materials and specifications, FTIx standards, as well as overhead and underground technologies, is required.
  • Demonstrated extensive project management experience, including team leadership, prompt response capability, and strong adaptability.
  • Experience in project coordination, client communication, and problem-solving during implementation is essential
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Working Conditions: May require field visits and the ability to work in varying weather conditions
