1. Troubleshoot and repair defective units encountered during the production process promptly.
2. Record and submit detailed reports on defect criteria, causes, and corrective actions for evaluation and improvement.
3. Provide technical suggestions and recommendations to prevent recurring issues.
4. Diagnose and resolve equipment or tooling issues during production runs.
5. Inspect finished products to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
6. Perform set-up, operation, maintenance, and repair of injection molding machines, tools, and related equipment.
7. Prepare and produce injection-molded components according to production standards.
8. Ensure all components meet quality and safety requirements.

• Vocational graduate or college level in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent field
• Knowledgeable in machine repair and troubleshooting
• Possesses good moral character and a strong work ethic
• Willing to be assigned to various processes as needed
• Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
