Supervisor, Cavite

• Supervises, performs, and prioritizes all Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Outgoing Inspection, ensuring compliance with established procedures
• Supervises and oversees that all inspectors are trained in required procedures and processes; acts as the lead trainer for new quality inspectors and provides continuous training for current inspectors
• Reviews and analyzes daily quality reports and takes action on missed items
• Responsible for examining products for quality and defects
• Updates and maintains inspection documents, forms, log sheets, and other records
• Ensures the quality of manufactured goods
• Assists in performing customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and report writing, including communication with relevant department leaders as required
• Performs other duties as assigned, within acquired skills and competency

Job Requirements

• College level or vocational graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the quality field, including:
• At least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, professionalism, and leadership skills
• Understanding of basic QMS clauses and activities required by ISO standards (an advantage)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in 7 QC tools and other inspection/quality control procedures
