Product Knowledge 

• Gain a deep understanding of solar panel systems, inverters, and other renewable energy products offered by the company.
• Clearly explain the product aspects of solar power systems to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
• Provide assistance on demonstrations and presentations to Technical Engineers

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Guide customers through the entire sales cyclefrom initial inquiry to final contract signing and after-sales support.
• Address client concerns promptly and liaise with the technical/installation teams to ensure a smooth project handover.

Sales Reporting

• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecast updates

Collaboration and Continuous Learning

• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and after-sales support teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, renewable energy policies, and government incentives related to solar adoption.
