Description

The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generates new business leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Build relationships with potential customers and identify their needs and pain points.
Develops and presents customized sales pitches and proposals to potential customers.
Negotiates and closes sales deals with potential customers.
Meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Maintains accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
Experience:At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and driving sales growth.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on sales targets and revenue growth.
Experience in technical sales.
