Maintenance - Restaurant, Cavite

Description

Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems (split type and others).
Knowledge of Aircon & Refrigeration work is a plus
Check and repair aircon and refrigeration units in stores quickly and at low cost.
Test and observe newly replaced major parts to make sure they work properly.
Look for and try cheaper replacement parts to save on repair costs.
Repair and reuse broken parts for backup or service units.
Take over repairs from contractors if they cannot fix the equipment.
Record performance data of cooling equipment for review.
Report frequent equipment problems for engineers to investigate.
Willing to Travel from time to time to stores
Install kitchen equipment, appliances, signs, lights, wiring devices, exhaust fans, and other fixtures in new or renovated stores.
Help with technical work during new store openings.
Assist engineers with major projects like renovations, new store builds, or events.
Build tools or devices to help stores with cleaning or cooking tasks.
Respond to store emergencies and safety concerns.
Other duties as assigned from time to time
