Sales Copywriter, Cavite

As a Copy and Compliance Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing compelling and compliant content for our product labels, descriptions, marketing assets, and documentation within the R&D department. You will help bridge creativity and compliance, ensuring our messaging is both engaging and aligned with regulatory and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, creative, and compliant copy for product packaging, ingredient lists, marketing materials, and internal documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with product claims and overall brand tone
• Conduct in-depth research on product ingredients, beauty trends, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
• Review and revise content based on feedback from supervisors or stakeholders
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and language across all platforms and materials
• Proofread and edit all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with compliance standards
• Manage and organize copy-related files and documentation within content management systems
• Support the preparation of compelling copy for presentations, pitch decks, and product launches
• Stay informed on FDA regulations, industry trends, and emerging content best practices
• Participate in relevant trainings, seminars, and workshops to enhance writing, regulatory, and content development skills

Qualifications

• Four or more years of professional copywriting experience, with a solid portfolio of work
• Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively, whether working independently or in collaboration with a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard editorial style guides
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Keen eye for detail and an appreciation for great design.
• A passion for beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is a plus
