Description

Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) for housing and apartment projects.
Support in tender preparation, bid analysis, and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct site measurements and help with the valuation of work done (interim and final accounts).
Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on cost variances.
Support the preparation and management of contracts, including handling variations, claims, and payment applications.
Assist with procurement of materials and subcontract services in line with budget and timeline requirements.
Liaise with architects, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather data and ensure smooth project progress.
Help maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including records for audits and compliance.
Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and ensure accurate cost reporting.
