• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, update general ledgers, and organize financial documents. 
• Transaction Processing: Process invoices, payments, receipts, and refunds; manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. 
• Bank Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger to ensure accuracy. 
• Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, profit and loss statements, and budget documents. 
• Data Management: Input data into spreadsheets and accounting software; maintain financial databases and vendor/customer records. 
• Clerical Support: Provide administrative support, such as answering phones, sorting mail, and filing paperwork. 
• Compliance: Maintain internal accounting controls and ensure adherence to financial procedures. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software, accounting software (like QuickBooks or SAP), and database management. 
• Accuracy: Fast and accurate data entry and a keen eye for detail to identify financial discrepancies.
