Description
  1. Checks and monitors the accuracy of all DR/TR attachments.
  2. Assume responsibility for all deliveries or transfers and ensure FIFO and LIFO.
  3. Ensure the sufficient stock level of finished goods for deliveries and also for advance DR and booking schedule.
  4. Guarantee to capture accurate data on all incoming deliveries for FG/PM.
  5. Coordinates with SMY trucking contractor in charge regarding delivery schedule details.
  6. Responsible for checking the Warehouse Zoning Plan for FG/PM.
  7. Monitor storage area by organizing floor space; and adhering to storage design.
  8. See to it that proper housekeeping is regularly done, ensuring audit and inspection readiness at all times.
  9. Coordinates with the inventory team on FG and PM issuance, returns, and scraps.
