Description

Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accident.
Ensures safety standards are met, can identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.
Administers first aid treatments and provides medication as needed.
Monitor and records patients condition.
Secures and ensures that sick employees submit fit to work certificates before they proceed to their specific station/department.
Schedules and assist annual medical examination of all employees to prevent risk condition.
Monitors absenteeism and conducts visitation at home as needed especially if the stated reason is always on health issues.
Generate medical report.
Conducts inventory of medicine and other medical supplies every month and prepares purchase request as necessary.
Implements and complies with Company Handbook and procedures including Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
