• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various methods like cold calling, networking, and online research. 
• Relationship Building:
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. 
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
• Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. 
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiating sales contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets. 
• Account Management:
• Managing existing client accounts, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Tracking sales activities, analyzing performance, and providing regular reports to management. 
• Market Research:
• Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. 
• Meeting Sales Targets:
• Working towards individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. 

1. Educational Background

• Minimum: Vocational / Diploma Course
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

2. Work Experience

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or similar customer-facing role (13 years or more)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/goals
